:: falks orange pants story begann im juni 2002, genau am 13. juni um 17:02 bezahlte ich meine erste orange pants in einem berufsbekleidungsladen in konstanz. über die jahre hat sich aus meiner vorliebe zum leuchtorange ein living art projekt entwickelt das auf ganz verschiedene weisen zum ausdruck kommt.

zwölf jahre nach diesem start – mit unabsehbaren folgen – gehe ich mit dem projekt one minute nochmals an den anfangspunkt zurück. der 13. juni 2002 17:02 uhr wird ausgangspunkt für eine serie von unikats papierarbeiten die jeweils für eine minute meiner orange pants story stehen. wird eine minute erworben, wird das blatt datiert und von mir signiert.

die folge der arbeiten ist chronologisch, im minutenrhythmus. eine minute folgt der nächsten. ein tag folgt dem nächsten. ein jahr folgt dem nächsten.

bis wohin? das liegt an dir.

:: falks orange pants story began in june 2002. on june 13th at 17:02, to be exact, i paid for my first orange pants in a workwear store in constance. over the years, from my penchant for neon orange a living art project developed, which manifests in a diverse range.

twelve years after the beginning, i return to the starting point with the project one minute – with unforeseeable consequences. june 13th, 2002 17:02 is the starting point for a series of works on paper that will each symbolize one minute of my orange pants story. when one minute is acquired, the sheet will be dated and signed by me.

the sequence of the works is chronological, in a minute rhythm. one minute follows another. one day follows another. one year follows another.
